Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff,
I am pleased to announce that the General Assembly of the ESCP Wirtschaftshochschule Berlin Association has elected a new Chairwoman, Mrs. Miriam van Straelen, who will lead the Board and oversee the direction of the ESCP Berlin Campus.
Miriam van Straelen is an alumna of the ESCP and is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in strategy consulting and digital business innovation / management and transformation. In her role as a Partner at Roland Berger, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in, strategy, management, innovation and entrepreneurship, and we are excited to have her as part of our leadership team.
As Chairwoman, Mrs. van Straelen will work closely with the Management of ESCP to ensure that we continue to provide our students with the highest quality education and opportunities to succeed in their chosen fields as well as support us in our goal to make ESCP the business school of choice in Germany. Her vision for the ESCP Berlin Campus aligns with our own, and we are confident that she will help us achieve our goals.
I would also like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere thanks to our previous Chairman, Mr. Stephan Schwarz, for his invaluable contributions to our university over the past several years. Mr. Schwarz has been an exceptional leader, providing guidance and support to the Berlin Campus during a period of significant growth and transformation. We wish him all the best in his role as Senator for Economy, Energy and Enterprise of Berlin.
