Regularly occupying top spots in national and international rankings, ESCP counts among the most prestigious French Grandes Écoles. Founded in 1819, ESCP in Paris symbolises our historical starting point as the World’s First Business School and represents our biggest campus with ~100 professors and 4,000 students per year.
ESCP is part of the Sorbonne Alliance and offers dual degrees with renowned schools and universities such as CentraleSupélec, ENSAE, Ferrandi, IFM, Mines ParisTech, or Panthéon Sorbonne University. After more than 130 years on its historic campus, ESCP launched the renovation of the République campus and temporarily moves to the 17th arrondissement at Porte de Champerret for the duration of the project. While the Champerret site benefits from an urban location in the west of Paris and offers very dynamic and pleasant areas for students, our Montparnasse site shines by its modern architecture, infrastructure, and equipment.

Index de l'égalité Professionnelle 2026
Le Campus Paris de ESCP Business School poursuit et renforce son engagement en faveur de l’égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes.
Calculé au titre de l’année civile 2025, l’index de l’égalité professionnelle 2026 atteint 97 points sur 100, illustrant une progression continue et significative au cours des dernières années : 85 points en 2023, 89 points en 2024, 94 points en 2025.
Cette dynamique s’inscrit dans une démarche structurée d’amélioration continue, soutenue notamment par la signature d’un accord relatif à l’égalité professionnelle en février 2025. À travers cet accord et les actions qui en découlent, l’École réaffirme sa volonté de garantir l’égalité des chances, de promouvoir l’équité des parcours professionnels et de lutter durablement contre les inégalités.
ESCP Business School reste pleinement mobilisée pour consolider ces résultats et faire de l’égalité professionnelle un levier durable de performance sociale et collective.

Pour l’année 2026 (données 2025), l’index de l’égalité professionnelle se décompose comme suit :

– Écart de taux d’augmentations individuelles : 20 points /20
– Écart de taux de promotions : 15 points /15
– Pourcentage de salariées augmentées au retour d’un congé maternité : 15 points /15
– Représentation du sexe sous-représenté parmi les 10 plus hautes rémunérations : 10 points /10
