What makes for good leadership? - an LGBTIQ+ perspective

Recent years have seen an upbeat development in promoting and making visible LGBTIQ+ leadership talent. Notably, Prout At Work’s Germany’s Top 100 Out Executives and UHLALA’s Global LGBT+ Leadership Community are perhaps the best known in Germany. With visibility increasing, it is timely to ask what makes for good leadership from an LGBTIQ+ perspective?

We cordially invite you to join our three speakers - Eva Kreienkamp (BVG), Annette Pampel (Coca-Cola) and Anastasia Biefang (Queer German Armed Forces) - who share their thoughts on leadership in their respective roles in the workplace. Each speaker will give a short keynote to address a range of aspects that define modern leadership, such as leader-follower interaction, crisis management, vision making and, perhaps, the extent to which they feel an LGBTIQ+ individuality may impact leadership experience.
